Astrid Lindgren’s Brothers Lionheart is a fantasy classic that invites audiences on a magical adventure to Nangijala, a world where anything is possible. Nangijala is a place of adventures, stories, games, and playful wonders—a world you’ll never want to leave!

Brothers Lionheart tells the story of the brave Lionheart siblings: little Korppu and his older brother Jonatan, who take turns carrying each other when their own strength is not enough. The Lionhearts face death, the wicked Tengil with his dragons, and fight alongside their allies against a dark tyranny.

Director Joel Härkönen’s new interpretation transforms this beloved classic into a playful fantasy spectacle that touches both children and adults. The production is an ode to life, joy, love, and courage—courage to ask difficult questions and to do what one believes is right, despite fear.
